Spot Valley Lounge operates as a Resto Bar and Nightclub, and the legal drinking age in Rwanda applies. Patrons must be 18 years or older to enter and enjoy alcoholic beverages.
We reserve the right to request proof of age from any customer, and failure to provide valid identification may result in denied entry.
Restaurant Section: We recommend making reservations for our restaurant services to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accepted based on seating availability.
Nightclub Section: Entry to the nightclub is based on capacity, and cover charges may apply during special events or peak times.
Spot Valley Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, intoxication, or disruptive behavior.
To maintain a pleasant environment, we enforce a smart-casual dress code. No sportswear, beachwear, or offensive clothing is allowed. Spot Valley Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code.
Restaurant: Our menu offers a variety of food and beverage options. Food and beverages purchased outside are not allowed in the premises.
Bar: All drink orders are to be placed at the bar or with the server. Guests are responsible for monitoring their alcohol consumption and should drink responsibly.
Spot Valley Lounge follows responsible alcohol service guidelines and reserves the right to refuse service to any patron for reasons of intoxication or disorderly behavior.
We accept MTN MoMo Pay, AirTel Money, cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.
All payments must be made in full at the time of service. Tips are not included in the final bill but are encouraged for excellent service.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, including cover charges for nightclub entry, food, or beverages, unless specifically agreed upon under exceptional circumstances.
Spot Valley Lounge offers event bookings for private parties, corporate functions, and special occasions. To reserve the venue, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Event bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the event date without additional charges. Cancellations within the 72-hour window will forfeit the deposit.
Spot Valley Lounge is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. We have security personnel on-site to ensure the safety of our guests.
All patrons are subject to bag checks and security screenings upon entry. Any illegal substances or weapons found during screenings will be confiscated, and the individual will be denied entry.
Spot Valley Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. We encourage all guests to keep their belongings secure.
Spot Valley Lounge is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
Patrons are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our staff at all times. Any violent or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate ejection from the premises and potential legal action.
Patrons are liable for any damage caused to the property and will be billed for repairs or replacements.
All content on our website and in promotional materials, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Spot Valley Lounge. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Spot Valley Lounge reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage patrons to review these terms periodically for updates.
